Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flaked coconut, Skor chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and melted butter, until well mixed.
2.Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish and press it down to form a crust. Put dish in the fridge to chill.
3.In a medium bowl, combine low-fat cream cheese, Dream Whip, cocoa, icing sugar, vanilla and 1/4 cup of milk. Using an electric mixer, mix the ingredients for 2 minutes until everything is well combined. Add the remaining milk and mix well again.
4.Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
5.To garnish, sprinkle some grated chocolate on top and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
