Ingredients

1 lb cooked food processor blended ground beef
1 green pepper
1 broccoli
1 red pepper
8 bacon , strips cooked pulsed
2 cups cheddar cheese ( we use half and half ) or 2 cups mozzarella cheese ( we use half and half )
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
8 tortillas
8 mushrooms , thinly sliced
1 medium size onion
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
Pizza Quesadillas are a tasty twist on traditional quesadillas, combining ground beef, vegetables, and cheese in a crispy tortilla shell. This version of the recipe features all the classic flavors of pizza, from the zesty tomato sauce to the aromatic spices. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a large bowl, combine the cooked and blended ground beef with the pizza sauce, oregano, and basil. Set aside.
3.Cut the green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, onion and broccoli into small pieces and toss together in a mixing bowl.
4.Take one tortilla and sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese over it.
5.Then, spoon a 1/4 cup of the beef mixture onto the tortilla and spread it evenly.
6.Add a spoonful of the vegetable mixture, and sprinkle the diced bacon.
7.Top with another 1/4 cup of cheese.
8.Cover with another tortilla and press gently to flatten.
9.Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and remaining ingredients.
10.Place all the quesadillas on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, and then slice into wedges.
11.Serve hot and enjoy!
