1 tablespoon raisins , minced
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 piece vanilla bean
2 cups boiled water ( allow to cool to lukewarm temp )

Instructions

1.In a blender, add the minced pecans, raisins, flax seed, and scraped vanilla bean seeds.
2.Pour boiled water over the mixture and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
3.Strain the milk through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, squeezing out as much liquid as possible.
4.Discard the leftover pulp and store the pecan milk in a jar or bottle in the fridge.
