Ingredients

10 cooked dinner crepes ( separate posting )
10 frankfurters
1 can chili with beans
1 small onion
2 cups grated cheese
Teensters Chili Dog Crepes are a fun and unique way to enjoy a classic American dish. Combining a crepe with frankfurters and chili creates a twist on a classic chili dog. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Slice each frankfurter in half lengthwise, then again so that you have four long strips per frankfurter.
3.Spread a small amount of chili onto each crepe, leaving a small border around the edge.
4.Place 2 frankfurter strips on top of the chili.
5.Sprinkle the grated cheese over the frankfurters and chili.
6.Fold the crepes in half and then in half again to form a triangle shape.
7.Place the crepes in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8.While the crepes are baking, chop the onion into small pieces.
9.Remove the crepes from the oven and sprinkle the chopped onion on top before serving.
