Instructions

1.In a blender, mix together onion, olive oil, vinegar, peppercorns, salt, oregano, bay leaf, and garlic until smooth.

3.Massage the mixture into the lamb leg, making sure it goes into the cuts as well.
4.Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5.Preheat oven to 350°F.
