1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning , more if you wish
1/4 cup hard goat cheese , crumbled
1 green onion , finely chopped
1 head romaine lettuce
paprika ( to garnish ) ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soft fresh goat cheese, and cajun seasoning to make dressing.
2.Add in the cooked small baby shrimp, hard goat cheese, and finely chopped green onion. Mix everything together.
3.Wash and pat dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and put them into a salad bowl.
4.Pour shrimp mixture on top of the Romaine lettuce and toss.
5.Sprinkle paprika on top, if desired, and serve chilled.
