Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 160C.
2.In a large skillet, sauté the shallots over medium heat until they are tender and translucent.

4.Add the rabbit pieces to the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side until browned.
5.Add the cabbage, thyme, bay leaves, parsley, water, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
6.Cover the skillet with a lid and transfer it to the oven.
7.Bake for about an hour, or until the rabbit is tender and the cabbage is cooked through.
