Ingredients

12 ounces seal meat , cut in small cubes
1/2 cup red wine
1 garlic clove , minced
1 Spanish onion , finely diced
4 ounces mushrooms , Diced
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon flour , mixed with
1/8 cup water ( for Thickening )
12 sheets phyllo pastry
2 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large skillet, cook the cubed seal meat over medium heat until browned.
3.Add the minced garlic, red wine, Spanish onion, and diced mushrooms. Continue cooking until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are soft.
4.Add the flour and water mixture to the skillet and stir until well combined. Continue cooking for another couple of minutes until the mixture has thickened.
5.Remove the skillet from the heat.
6.Take one sheet of phyllo pastry and brush it with melted butter. Sprinkle with a small amount of breadcrumbs.
7.Layer a second sheet of phyllo pastry on top and brush with butter again. Repeat this process until you have six layers of phyllo pastry.
8.Cut the phyllo pastry into six squares.
9.Spoon a small amount of the seal and mushroom mixture onto each square.
10.Take another sheet of phyllo pastry, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
11.Layer another sheet of phyllo pastry on top and continue until you have another six layers of phyllo pastry.
12.Cut this pastry into six squares.
13.Brush each square with melted butter and place on top of the seal and mushroom mixture.
14.Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
