1/2 cup imperial margarine ( or other non-hydrogenated margarine )
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup raisins ( can use currants , chocolate chips , etc . )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
