Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup almonds , slivered toasted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon parsley
2 green onions , finely chopped
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons chicken broth
Salmon Amandine is a classic French dish that is popular all around the world. Instructions

1.Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl until evenly combined.

4.Place salmon fillets in the skillet, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
5.Remove salmon fillets from the skillet and place them onto serving plates.
6.In the same skillet (now empty), add the almonds and cook for a few minutes until toasted.
7.Add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, parsley, green onions, cream, and chicken broth to the skillet.
8.Cook and stir the mixture until heated through and well combined.
9.Pour the almond mixture over the salmon fillets on each plate. Serve and enjoy!
