Instructions

1.Peel the potatoes and wash them.
2.Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
3.Grate the garlic cloves into a bowl and add salt, black pepper, caraway seeds and dried marjoram.
4.Add the cut potatoes and mix well.
5.Add eggs, milk and plain flour.
6.Mix everything well until the batter is thick and uniform.
7.Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
8.Take 3 tablespoons of the potato mixture and shape it into a flat pancake.
9.Place the pancake in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
10.Repeat until all the batter has been used.
11.Serve hot with your favourite sauce, sour cream or salad.
