Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs, water, and butter.
2.Mix until everything is combined well and knead the dough until it's smooth.
3.Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4.In a large skillet, cook the ham and cubed ham for 5 to 7 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
5.Add in the ham bone, egg yolks, and milk and bring everything to a boil. Then, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
6.Preheat your oven to 375°F and butter a baking dish.
7.Roll out the dough into 1/4 inch thick and cut it into diamond shapes.
8.Place the egg noodles on the bottom of the baking dish and pour the ham mixture on top.
9.Place the diamond-shaped dough on top of the ham mixture and brush with melted butter.
10.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
