2 French baguettes

200 ml pickled peppers
100 g dry parmesan cheese
400 g emmenthaler cheese
2 smoked kielbasa
mayonnaise
2 cans anchovies
20 g fresh dill sprigs
Czech Open Faced Sandwiches- Obložené Chlebí?ky also known as the Czech Snack Sandwiches are a popular snack food in the Czech Republic. It makes for an excellent lunch option or snack time treats; and can be served warm or cold. The sandwich contains various layers of meat, cheese, vegetables, and eggs, topped with fresh dill and sweet Hungarian paprika. It is a great way to use leftover boiled eggs, cheese, and pickled vegetables. Instructions

1.Slice the baguettes diagonally into ¾ inch( 2 cm) thick pieces
2.Lightly toast the baguette slices until golden brown and crispy
3.Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise and potato salad on each slice of toast
4.Arrange a slice of ham, Hungarian Salami, and boiled egg on top of the potato salad
5.Sprinkle sweet Hungarian paprika on top of the salami slice
6.Cut Emmenthaler cheese and dry parmesan cheese into small rectangular pieces and place a few on top of the sandwich
7.Cut the smoked kielbasa into thin slices and place a few on top of the cheese
8.Add a few pickled peppers, anchovies, and dill
9.Serve with a side of dill pickle and enjoy!
