Dalamanky Rolls are a traditional Czech dish that has been enjoyed for generations. Made with a blend of rye and wheat flour, these rolls have a distinctive taste and aroma that is hard to resist. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the rye flour, wheat flour, white flour, gluten, sugar, yeast, pepper, salt, and caraway seed.
2.Add the oil and water and mix with a wooden spoon.
3.Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4.Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.
5.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
6.Divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll them into balls.
7.Grease a baking sheet with oil.
8.Place each ball onto the baking sheet and sprinkle salt and caraway seed on top.
9.Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
