2 lbs potatoes
8 tablespoons farina
10 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 egg
Bramborove Knedliky is a traditional Czech dish that is popular in Central Europe. The dish is known for its fluffy potato dumplings, which are a staple in the Czech cuisine. Instructions

1.Peel and halve the potatoes. Place them in a pot and cover with water. Add one tablespoon of salt, cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let the potatoes simmer for about 25 minutes until they are soft.
2.Drain the potatoes and mash them while they're still hot. Make sure there are no lumps.
3.Add the egg to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
4.Mix the farina, flour, and a tablespoon of salt together in a separate bowl.
5.Add the dry mixture to the potato mixture and knead until it's elastic.
6.Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a log shape. Cut each log into slices using a string or a knife.
7.Carefully drop the slices into boiling salted water one at a time. Boil for about 10 minutes. The dumplings will float to the surface when they're done.
8.Take the dumplings out with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl. In between dumplings, you may need to rinse the spoon with water to avoid sticking.
9.Serve hot with gravy, goulash, or roast pork and sauerkraut.
