Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pound raisins

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9 inch tube pan.

12.Spoon egg white mixture on top of batter.
13.Sprinkle the cake with 1 pound coconut, 1 cup pecans and cherries.
14.Pour hot water over cake.
15.Bake for 2 and 1/2 hours or until a cake tester inserted into the cake comes out clean.
