Instructions

5.In the same skillet, sauté celery and onion on medium heat until softened
6.Add canned corn, sugar, stewed tomatoes, water, paprika, oregano, and rice to the skillet
7.Bring mixture to a boil
8.Reduce heat and simmer mixture for 25-30 minutes until rice is fully cooked and liquid has been absorbed
9.Return the pork chops to the skillet and let them sit on top of the rice mixture, covered, for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
