4 large artichokes
1 lemon , juice of
1/4 cup olive oil

5 plum tomatoes , smoked and chopped

2 small garlic cloves , chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil , chopped
1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5.Drizzle the artichokes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the artichokes cut side down on the grill and grill until charred, about 3-5 minutes.
6.Serve the grilled artichokes with the smoked tomato vinaigrette on top.
