2 cups cabbage , shredded
1/2 - 1 cup vegetarian sausage , sliced ( or crumbled )
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh oregano or 1 tablespoon marjoram ( 1 tsp . dried )

Instructions
