Ingredients

1 head garlic , peeled and minced
salt , pepper to taste
1 -2 chicken , cut in 1/8s
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375F
2.Rinse the chicken and pat it dry
3.Combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, capers and its liquid, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
4.Add chicken to the bowl and toss it to coat it with the marinade well.
5.Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and pour wine over it.
6.Spoon the marinade with all the toppings over it evenly.
7.Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each marinated chicken.
8.Add prunes to the dish and bake it for an hour.
9.Take the baking dish out of the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
