600 g fresh tuna ( or Bonito if you are in Spain )
1 kg potato
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 cayenne pepper
1 liter water
2 sprigs parsley

Instructions

1.In a pot, boil water and add the tuna for a few seconds until lightly cooked, then remove from the water and cut it into small pieces.
2.Take half a kilogram of potatoes and cut it into small squares, chop 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, and 3 garlic cloves. Pick the parsley sprigs.
3.In a separate pot, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and heat it. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until golden brown. Then add the chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, the boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and 1 cayenne pepper. Stir the ingredients and let it cook for 5 minutes.
4.Add 1 liter of boiling water and let it cook for 20 minutes, then add the chopped tuna fish and cook for another 5 minutes.
5.Remove from heat and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve hot.
