17 ounces fully cooked beef roast ( like Hormel or Tyson )
8 ounces tomato sauce ( like Goya )
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons green olives , sliced
1 tablespoon capers
4 drops hot pepper
Spanish Shredded Beef is a South American recipe that has gained immense popularity worldwide. Instructions

1.In a small bowl, dissolve the salt in 1/2 cup water and mix well.
2.Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced onion and avocado tone, and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
3.Add the fully cooked beef roast to the skillet and pour in the remaining water. Cook for 5-7 minutes till the liquid has almost evaporated.
4.Add in the tomato sauce, sliced olives, capers, roasted garlic, hot pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes till the sauce has thickened and the beef has shredded.
5.Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro.
