Ingredients

2 fresh cod fish fillets , cut in half
3 green peppers
1 spring onion
2 garlic cloves
5 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Cut the cod into the desired size, sprinkle salt evenly over it and marinate for 10 minutes.

7.Serve fried cod with sautéed green peppers on a plate.
