4 large chicken thighs or 4 turkey drumsticks

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a small bowl, combine the raisins, prunes, and sherry. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.

4.Season the chicken or turkey with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer the chicken or turkey to a baking dish.

8.Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken or turkey is cooked through. Remove the foil for the final 10-15 minutes of cooking, allowing the skin to brown and crisp up.
9.Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
