Ingredients

4 chicken breasts , cut into 4s
10 large prawns , heads and shells on
2 onions , chopped
4 tomatoes , peeled seeded and chopped
4 fluid ounces dry white wine
1 dash Ricard
4 garlic cloves , finely chopped
2 sprigs parsley , finely chopped
1 slice of fried bread
30 g chocolate , grated ( dark )
8 almonds , blanched and roasted and finely ground
sea salt
black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2.Add chicken and prawns and sauté until cooked through and nicely browned.
3.Remove chicken and prawns from skillet and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, add onions, tomatoes, garlic, and parsley and sauté for 5 minutes.
5.Add wine, Ricard, chocolate, ground almonds, and bread slice to the skillet and stir until well combined.
6.Add chicken and prawns back to the skillet, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5-10 minutes until everything is heated through and well flavored.
