6 sun-dried tomatoes
2 egg yolks ( hard cooked , lightly mashed )
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar ( or more to taste )
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
1 pinch cayenne
8 spring onions , greens trimmed , bulbs halved

Instructions
