16 ounces sheep 's milk cheese , Torta del Casar ( if unavailable you can substitute Torta de la Serena or Brie )
1 cup light cream
1 cup milk
5 ounces diced tomatoes ( canned )
1 pinch fresh basil
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch rosemary

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F
2.Cut the tops off of the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the insides using a small spoon.
