1 cup cucumber , seeded and cut into approx . 1/8th inch pieces
1 cup chicken broth ( can be made vegetarian , exchange for vegan vegetable broth )
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup onions , preferably Walla Walla or 1/2 cup vidalia onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 garlic clove , to taste
salt , to taste
black pepper , to taste
1 -2 dash Tabasco sauce

Instructions
