Stuffed Bull's Horn Peppers are a tasty and comforting dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for chilly evenings. The bull horn peppers get their name from their unique shape, which looks like a bull's horn. They have a firm and slightly sweet flesh that pairs well with the salty cheese stuffing. This recipe is easy to customize by adding different herbs or spices, or by using different types of cheese. Serve these hearty stuffed peppers with a side salad for a complete meal.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (395°F).
2.Cut off the top of each pepper, and remove the seeds and membranes. Keep the stalks as it helps the stuffing to not fall out.
3.Cut the cheese into slices that are shorter than the length of the pepper, so that it fits inside comfortably. Stuff each pepper with the cheese.
4.Place stuffed peppers on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, garlic (if using), and salt.
5.Bake the peppers for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheese is crispy on top and the peppers are soft.
