10 -12 slices white bread ( just use sliced regular sandwich bread for this , can be a day old and place in the fridge overnight )
2 -3 tablespoons butter , melted ( no subs ! )
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ( or to taste ) or 1/4 cup romano cheese ( or to taste )
3/4 cup cream cheese , softened
1/3 cup pimento stuffed olive , finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions or 1/4 cup scallion , finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper , finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon paprika ( or to taste )

Instructions

1.Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
2.Using a cookie cutter cut circles out of the bread.
3.Flatten each circle with a rolling pin , then brush with butter and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
4.Bake until they're toasted, crisp and lightly browned. It will take approximately 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
5.In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olives, green onions, red bell pepper, and paprika until combined.
6.Spread the cheese mixture on top of each toasted bread circle.
7.Garnish with additional green onions or olives.
8.Serve cold and enjoy!
