6 wooden skewers , soaked in water , for an hour
1 red pepper
1 green zucchini
1 garlic , clove , chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 liberal sprinkling dried basil
1 liberal sprinkling dried oregano
salt and pepper , to taste
