Instructions

1.In a small skillet, toast the peppercorns and coriander seeds over medium heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

4.Place the salmon fillet, skin-side down, in a baking dish.

6.Cover the salmon with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
7.In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey mustard, distilled white vinegar, grapeseed oil, chopped dill, and salt to make the mustard sauce.
