Ingredients

1 bag carrots
water ( good sized pot filled halfway )
2 chicken bouillon cubes ( Knorr soft variety )
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 fresh green chili pepper
1/2 - 1 cup milk , as desired

Instructions

1.Wash and chop carrots into small pieces.
2.In a pot, add carrots, 2 chicken bouillon cubes and fill halfway with water.
3.Allow to boil under medium heat for about 20 mins until the carrots are soft.
4.Soak the sliced chili pepper in hot water and allow it to sit for 20 minutes, or until it softens.
5.Add sugar and chili pepper to the pot and stir it until it dissolves.
6.Allow the mixture to cool down.
7.In blender, add the cooled mixture and blend until desired texture is achieved.
8.After blending, pour the mixture back into the pot and heat.
9.Stir in milk until preferred consistency is reached.
10.Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
