1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 medium red onions , thinly sliced
1 loaf rye bread or 8 rye rolls

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.In a large bowl, combine the beef, veal, ketchup, onion, salt, pepper, celery seed, and garlic powder. Mix well.
3.Shape the mixture into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
4.In another bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, salad oil, and dill weed. Whisk to mix well.
