Ingredients

400 g nacho chips
150 g grained cheese ( take any cheese you like but not too strong ones , I prefer low fat ones for this )
1 cup salsa , sauce ( hot )
1 avocado
Icelandic Guacamole Nachos are a unique take on the classic nacho dish. With the addition of Icelandic ingredients such as grained cheese and black bean based salsa sauce, this dish packs a flavorful punch. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
2.Fill the botton of the oven proof dish with nacho chips.
3.Cover the nachos with the grained cheese.
4.Heat up the salsa until it's hot and pour it over the cheese and nacho mixture in the oven proof dish.
5.Cut and scoop the flesh of the avocado into a bowl.
6.Mash the avocado with a fork and add salt to taste.
7.After 10 minutes, remove the nachos from the oven and add the guacamole on top of the dish.
8.Serve immediately.

PROS

These nachos are a perfect combination of crunchy and gooey, with a kick from the hot salsa sauce.
