Ingredients

400 g broccoli
1 pinch salt
350 g pasta ( fussili are great )
100 g smoked salmon
2 eggs
6 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.Chop the broccoli and boil it in a pot until tender. Drain and set aside.
2.Also in a pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3.In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and black pepper together.
4.Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the smoked salmon. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the salmon starts to brown on the edges.
5.Add the broccoli and pasta to the pan and mix everything together.
6.Pour the egg mixture on top of the pasta and broccoli. Use a spatula to mix the egg into the pasta. Cook the pasta for another 2-3 minutes until the egg is cooked and the pasta is slightly browned.
