Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a medium bowl, mix together the almond filling, crushed almonds, and raspberry and blueberry jam until well combined.
3.Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a long rectangle, trimming the edges to create a neat rectangle shape.
4.Cut the puff pastry into 3 equal rectangles.
5.Spread the almond filling mixture over one half of each pastry rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
6.Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges together to seal the filling inside.
7.Use a sharp knife to cut diagonal lines into the top of each pastry, leaving about 1 inch between each cut.
8.Carefully twist each cut section in opposite directions to form the signature Danish twist shape.
9.Place the pastries onto the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with egg wash.
10.Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
11.Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
12.Drizzle with apricot jam to glaze.
13.Serve warm and enjoy!
