2 cups yellow split peas
1 liter water
1 teaspoon salt
500 g bacon , chopped
2 stalks celery , chopped
3 leeks , chopped
3 carrots , peeled & chopped
3 potatoes , peeled & chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 smoked ham hock
125 g vienna sausages , chopped
salt and pepper

Instructions
