Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Grease a 9-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bottom of the pan and set aside.
3.Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
4.Blend the fish until it turns into a paste, using an immersion blender or food processor.
5.Add light cream, heavy cream, salt, cornstarch, and nutmeg to the fish paste and mix until well combined.
6.Pour the mixture into the loaf pan, place it inside a larger baking dish and fill the baking dish halfway with water.
7.Bake for 55-60 minutes until the pudding is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
