Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond extract, vanilla, walnut oil, and sugar. Add the yogurt and eggs and whisk again until combined.
3.In another bowl, sift together the flour, oat flour, and baking powder. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter.

7.Let the cake cool down for 5 minutes in the pan, then use a knife to release the edges and remove the cake from the pan. Let the cake cool down completely on a wire rack before serving.
