2 1/2 lbs red potatoes

1/4 cup oil ( I use Olive oil )
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 hard-boiled eggs , chopped
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
