1/2 cup chopped green onion top
2 cups chopped fresh sorrel
1/3 cup fresh dill sprig
3 -4 medium potatoes , diced
3 sprigs parsley
1 bay leaf
8 peppercorns

Instructions

3.Add diced potatoes, parsley, bay leaf, peppercorns, and salt. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked to your desired tenderness, which usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
4.Serve hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
