Ingredients

1 1/2 kg strawberries
500 g super gelling sugar ( Dr. Oetker Super Gelling Sugar 3-1 )
18 -20 sprigs lavender , inflorescences and sprigs ( see note )
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions
