Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).

5.Add pepper, mushrooms, lemon juice, white wine, and parsley to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
6.Add frozen broccoli to the skillet and stir until well coated in the sauce.
7.Place the chicken back into the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
8.Cover skillet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
9.Serve hot with a fresh lemon wedge if desired.
