12 hardboiled egg , colored ( we dye them in mugs of boiling water with store-bought dye , with a little vinegar added to the water )
bacon grease or salad oil , for rubbing

Instructions

1.In a large pot of boiling water, place the twelve hardboiled eggs and let cook for 10 minutes.
2.While the eggs are boiling, prepare the colorful dye by combining store-bought dye and a little vinegar to mugs of boiling water.
3.Once the eggs are done cooking, remove them from the pot and place them in the dye cups.
4.Allow the eggs to sit in the dye for at least 5 minutes.
5.Remove the eggs from the dye and let dry before rubbing with bacon grease or salad oil.
