1 lb sirloin steak
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

5.Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent

7.Remove the beef strips and onion, place aside
8.Add the carrot strips to the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes
9.Add the beef strips and onion back into the skillet
10.Season with white pepper, remaining salt, and heavy cream
11.Reduce the heat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes
12.Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped parsley
