8 large kohlrabi , peeled

1/8 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

8.Stuff the kohlrabi shells with the beef filling until filled to the top. Drizzle with olive oil.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
