Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

9.In a small saucepan, whisk together cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

11.Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
12.Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons butter, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
13.Serve warm with the apple pancake.
