Noodle Omelet is a recipe enjoyed in the eastern part of the world, especially in China. Noodle Omelet is a great dish to start your day for breakfast or even have it for lunch or dinner. For this recipe, warm and well-cooked egg noodles are mixed with beaten eggs, and flour batter, which are then cooked in butter on a low flame to get a crispy golden texture. Instructions

1.Boil noodles as per package instructions, and run them through cold water under the faucet and keep aside.
2.In a larger bowl, whisk 3 eggs, salt, and pepper together.
3.Mix the boiled noodles into the egg mixture and keep it aside.
4.In another bowl, beat 2 eggs and keep it aside.
5.Mix flour and salt in another bowl.
6.Now, take a non-stick pan and melt 1 cup butter on a low flame.
7.Pour the noodle-egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly over the heated pan.
8.Let it cook on low-medium flame for around 5 minutes till the egg mixture starts to set.
9.Now, pour the beaten eggs over the noodle-egg layer and spread evenly across the noodle mixture.
10.Next, add the flour-salt mixture evenly over the eggs.
11.Cook until the bottom is golden brown in color or until you can slide a spatula under the omelet.
12.Slide the omelet onto a plate then flip the uncooked side down into the pan.
13.Cook until golden brown and slightly crisp on the bottom.
