1 cup buttermilk
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 egg yolks , slightly beaten
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups angel flake coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans ( or walnuts )

Instructions

9.Add vanilla, coconut, and nuts, stir well.
10.Spread the frosting between layers of cake and on top. Serve and enjoy!
